BEPC is looking for External Expertise to express their interest to support BEPC with Technical Assistance in developing a number of studies and expertise on ICT, and also the provision of Technological and Consultancy Services in the frame of the INTERREG IPA CBC ITALY-ALBANIA-MONTENEGRO PROGRAMME, 1ST CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR STANDARD PROJECTS, Project “Strengthening the cross-border cooperation and competitiveness of SMEs”. The technical ICT expertise provider will be required to develop and finalize several deliverables, some of which are the following:

• External Expertise on: project management, financial and admin support during the project implementation; Operative Monitoring and/or FLC
• External expertise for Business development needs Economic and territorial expertise, able to support BEPC in the analysis of the local and interregional context, in order to identify the business development needs
• External expertise for the Development System of 4.0 Growth: Expertise supporting BEPC in the definition of main concept guideline to favor the selected businesses, taking into consideration the regulatory disposition studied
• External expertise for the Development Systems of 4.0 Growth: Expertise supporting BEPC in the definition of main concept guideline to favor the selected business, taking into consideration the regulatory disposition studied
