BEPC is looking for Technical Expertise on IT (individual/company) to express their interest to support BEPC with Technical Assistance in developing a ICT & Skills Cluster Platform and provision of Technological Services in the frame of the INTERREG IPA CBC ITALY–ALBANIA–MONTENEGRO PROGRAMME, 1ST CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR STANDARD PROJECTS, Programme Priority “Strengthening the cross-border cooperation and competitiveness of SMEs “.

The technical IT expertise will be required to develop and finalize the following deliverables:

1. T 3.2  Study, Design and Prototype Development of Geo-location and Ranking Engine
2. T 3.3 Geo-referenced mapping of enterprises

1. D.T 3.2.1  Report: Definition of Geo/Ranking classification rule sets
2. D.T 3.2.2  Prototype Development of Geo/Ranking engine
3. A.T 3.4  Analysis & Prototype Development of best practices and process evaluation schemes management system
4. D.T 3.3.1 Report: Detailed list containing elected enterprises grouped by the engine developed in activity 3.2
5. A.T 3.5 Analysis & Prototype Development of Skills Cluster Management System
6. D.T 3.4.1 Report: Definition of best practices schemes and process evaluation schemes
7. D.T 3.4.2 Prototype Development of the enterprise aid management system
